We’re experimenting with something we’re calling “Office Hours”, which is free 45-minute video calls with a LINBIT engineer once a month. First session will be October 15th 2026.
If you’re stuck on something with our software, have questions on cluster architecture or design, or just have a complex question that you feel would be easier to talk through than type out, you can request a session with yours truly.
A few details:
- Open to organizations based in the United States for now
- One session per organization
- Sessions run between during business hours, Pacific
- Booking opens one week before each Office Hours day
- Someone from our account team will also join, to help with next steps if you need more than we can cover in the session
Bring questions or something you’d like help troubleshooting. We can’t cover full installations or provide emergency production support in these sessions, but we’ll try our best to help you through your technical challenges.
