Hello, I a have a 4 node proxmox cluster and I’ve deployed a 3 node linbit cluster aside of proxmox. Proxmox nodes: pve02, pve03, pve04, pve05 Linbit nodes: linbit-01, linbit-02, linbit-03 I successfully connected proxmox nodes to the linbit cluster but when I try to schedule a virtual machine that uses the linbit storage I get an error like that from the linbit cluster: Node ‘pve02’ not found. Is it possible to use remote linbit clusters with ProxMox, or always proxmox nodes must be part of the linbit cluster? ---

After I installed satellite service on all proxmox hosts and added them to the linbit cluster, I succeeded to use the storage. ---

Yes, the LINSTOR satellite service is required so LINSTOR can manage `Diskless` attachment of the DRBD devices between the storage nodes and the Proxmox VE nodes. Glad to hear you were successful.
