Hi,

I am following “NVMe-oF High Availability Clustering Using DRBD and Paceamker on RHEL 9” this guide.
When i am running the below commands i am getting this error " Unable to find agent ‘nvmet-subsystem’ and nvmet-namespace, try specifying its full name"

Commands:
pcs -f nvmet\_config resource create p\_nvme-subsystem\_0 nvmet-subsystem
nqn=linbit-nqn0
op start timeout=10s interval=0
op stop timeout=10s interval=0
op monitor interval=10s timeout=10s

# pcs -f nvmet\_config resource create p\_nvmet-namespace\_0 nvmet-namespace \

nqn=linbit-nqn0 namespace\_id=10 backing\_path=“/dev/drbd0”
uuid=aea2016e-7ebc-4be3-ba44-789d4cb4d17c
nguid=a004f44f-a0bb-46d5-bec3-20407700cca1
op start timeout=10s interval=0

It sounds like you might just be missing the `resource-agents` package. It doesn’t look like the guide explicitly mentions this package should be installed.

```auto
# dnf install resource-agents
```

If you can confirm this, that would be great, and I can update the guide.

I just checked the packages for AlmaLinux 9 (assuming you’re using RHEL 9 or some variant) and I can see that they do not supply the necessary OCF resource agents for clustering NVMe in their packages.

You will either need to fetch those agents from the `resource-agents` [GitHub](https://github.com/ClusterLabs/resource-agents/tree/main/heartbeat), or use the more current `resource-agents` package that LINBIT maintains in our customer repositories.

Interesting that 1 year later, Aug 2025, RHEL\Rocky\Alma 10 still have no nvmet-\* (namespace, port, subsystem) included in resource-agents packages.

At the same time, for instance Fedora 42, openSuSe 15.6 and Ubuntu 22.04 already have nvmet-\* in their resource-agents packages.

Not sure why RHEL\Rocky\Alma 10 are still lagging behind.
