LINBIT SDS (LINSTOR® and DRBD®) can integrate with Proxmox VE by using [the LINSTOR Proxmox plugin](https://github.com/LINBIT/linstor-proxmox). Use this category to discuss this integration.

Some of the benefits of integrating LINBIT SDS with Proxmox VE include:

- Live migrations of virtual machines (VMs) and containers
- Highly available VMs and containers, to mitigate virtual host failures
- Full replicas of data (virtual disks) on every node
- A configurable number of data replicas, for example, three replicas of a virtual disk in a five-node cluster
